Sarika was born in Toronto and raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario in an Indian household where her parents instilled a strong work ethic in her and a relentless focus to pursue her passion.

Her innovative ability to curate spaces rather than just decorate them, allow her to create personable environments with soul and meaning. She is someone who likes a good challenge and understands that a new home, by its very nature, often brims with optimism and the promise of fresh starts.

She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Organizational Behaviour from the University of Waterloo.

In 2018 a friend introduced her to the world of home staging and encouraged her to launch a business. After realizing her passion for home staging she became a certified home stager and stylist.

Fast forward a few years and Sarika’s love affair with beauty and function has only deepened and continues to motivate her to design with intention. It is a role that makes full use of her distinctive talent for drawing in potential buyers.

At a young age, Sarika developed an interest in space planning. In fact, design is

in Sarika’s DNA. Her grandfather was an engineer who ran a renowned construction company based in Gujarat, India. He was a residential and commercial builder that built custom homes and developments across Ahmedabad. His work was featured and recognized after the massive earthquake that flattened most of Ahmedabad in 2001. The neighbourhoods he built ended up surviving, while new construction and others didn’t. Her father is an entrepreneur and inventor with an engineering background who has developed a solar and wind powered greenhouse. As a child, Sarika’s dinner table conversations at home often revolved around topics of symmetry, elevation and problem-solving and she was encouraged to think outside the box.

She is inspired by her travels, art, modern Neoclassical design, textiles, luxury hotels around the world, art deco and modern French Provincial and Château architecture.

Her attention to detail including multifunctional furnishings, textures, natural elements, light, foliage, diversity, colours and motifs mix perfectly and elevate staging to an art form that is
calibrated for visual impact that represent her clients’ goals and generate sales.

As a busy mom of two kids, Sarika is a trailblazing
entrepreneur who is on a mission to empower girls and women to redefine conventional wisdom and challenge the status quo. Her illustrious career has been defined by her fierce commitment to equality and accessibility. Sarika’s humanity shines through in everything she touches while her creativity is changing the design and real estate landscape.

Sarika was amazing to communicate with. The details I expected from the staging were met and surpassed in every way and whoever visited the home during the sale period were blown away with how the house looked.

LHS came in last minute and absolutely knocked it out of the park for us. From Artwork and mirrors on the wall, chairs and couches; they were phenomenal. We would not have been able to achieve results without them. Their work is exceptional and you cannot beat their fine attention to detail. Would recommend 10/10.

LHS was a pleasure to have in our home. Sarika transformed two rooms, the living room and the dining room. The rooms were outfitted to perfection, flowing with the rest of the house and existing style.
