Home Staging

We offer flexible rental terms in increments of 14 days , 30 days, 45 days and 60 days. You have the option to select and renew for the term that works best for your needs.

Our team is fully insured and so is our inventory. However, there is a deductible of $2500 on damages due to personal use, mishandling, and theft. Please check to see what is covered through your home insurance policy. Additional insurance is available upon request if not purchased through your provider.  

We charge a small consultation fee to cover the cost of our design time and site visit. This fee is waived when you choose to stage with us. Otherwise, it is an upfront non-refundable fee.

Staging is not about filling a space, but rather, about selling the space. Our stagers are experienced and highly trained to make these calculative decisions. However, we do handle these situations on a case-by-case scenario. Client experience is important to us. We will do our very best to make sure we meet your expectations without compromising your staging investment and the results we are aiming for.

Our goal is to sell your home for more in less time. Which means, we delivered and came through on the results! Once you accept our proposal and sign off on the contract, you are agreeing to rent it for the term you selected and price you felt comfortable with. We plan our inventory, future projects, and schedules based on the commitments we make to our clients.   

Rented inventory and furniture is not meant for personal use even when placed in an occupied home.   

Absolutely, just let us know what you’d like to keep prior to your pickup date, and we will let our pickup team know.  We can't always accommodate if the item is out of stock or if there are supply chain issues related to the economy.  

The Luxe collection is carefully curated across speciality boutiques in the GTA and popular retailers such as CB2, Urban Barn, Home Sense, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Wayfair. We are proud to support local furniture manufacturers as well as Canadian Wholesalers. Many items of ours are also custom made.

We need a signed contract, payment, instructions on access, and the seller checklist completed. If the seller checklist included in your consult report is not completed, please let us know so that we can revise our staging plan. Please make sure there are no cars parked on the driveway. If its winter, please have the driveway, and walkways cleared/salted for our team’s safety. If it’s summer, please make sure the A/C is on and set to a minimum of 72C to maintain a safe working environment (ideal climate for viewings as well).
